The "V-Process" is one of the aluminum casting methods, specifically a vacuum casting method (Vacuum Sealed Moulding Process) that shapes sand, which serves as the mold material, through reduced pressure. Although it is a type of sand casting, it does not harden the sand with a hardening agent, allowing the casting sand to be repeatedly reused without special treatment. Compared to previous sand casting methods, it generates less industrial waste and achieves low pollution, resource conservation, and energy savings, making it a groundbreaking casting method. It is widely utilized for various large products, from exterior products to a range of other applications. 【Process】 ■1. Set the molding film: Cover the mold with the film ■2. Film molding: Adhere the film to the mold ■3. Filling with sand: Fill the mold frame with sand ■4. Demolding: Separate the wooden pattern from the sand mold ■5. Align the upper and lower molds: Complete the mold (sand mold) ■6. Pouring: Pour aluminum into the mold ■7.
